Its early in the brief development but I really want to get the ball rolling with this brief as it's going to be a big one and will require daily attention.
This is a list of things to consider and do, it's vague but pretty much all of it is relevant and important.
- get t-shirts
- come up with a name
- creat brand and identity
- design and select designs for printing
- print shirts
- plan promotional outlook and campaigns
- get models for photo shoots (boys and girls)
- organise photo shoots // 1 studio shoot // 1 on location
- set up stalls and get involved in design/ print/ pop up fairs and events
- build website to sell the clothes (big cartel or perhaps by our own domain)
- creat business plan
- keep track of costs and overheads (excel spreadsheet)
- market research - visit boutiques and shops // find fairs and events to sell at // who else is selling clothes?
I'm jumping the gun a bit with the plan and it's very unorganised at the moment. Hopefully after speaking with Marty and discussing ideas we can refined our plan and break it down into stages to get the work done.
