MONK - defining the deliverables

So far it seems that its really open ended to the amount of deliverables that I can produce. The only set in stone requirements of the brief is that there has to be a logo, now with that I could produce the various proposals of where the logo could be displayed inside and outside the bar. How it would work digitally on the social networking sites. The corporate printed collateral. The typical printed bar/club collateral. I've listed all the possibilities below the narrowed them down to a rational range.

Logo:

- digital file containing the logo
- venue mast head
- bar front
- Twitter/ Facebook/ Instagram Avatar pictures

Corporate collateral:

- general business card for the venue
- business card for managers
- business cards for owners
- letter head
- invoice
- name tags
- uniform

Bar/club printed collateral

- beer menu
- wine menu
- cocktail menu
- or collective menu
- placemats
- glasses
- napkins
- bar mats
- jiggers (shot measures)
- event posters
- signage for the bars and facilities
- stirrers
- ice buckets
- display boards
- A board
- entrance barriers
- bar blades
- matchstick packets
- bottle labels
- bottle packaging

The list could go on even further but I need to focus this down to a strict set that will be appropriate for the live brief as well as the brief for submission. Below is the amended list.

- Logo - mini range to apply to online and to the venue
- business cards for Mannie and a general one for the venue so people can contact the bar directly for bookings
- a collective menu of all the cocktails, beers and wines the bar serves
- napkins
- placemats

This list looks small but the branding can be applied quite quickly to any additional deliverables that are deemed suitable for the live brief once these key deliverables haves been designed and perfected.
