STUDENT LEAD CRIT 1

Luke had organised an informal sign up crit that anyone could attend to get more feedback following our responses to the recent concept crits and progress tutorials.

As me collaborative brief with Marty is head towards its final stages and the logo has been redesigned I wanted to get a final set of feedback on the t-shirt designs to print, the logo and the amount of deliverables to produce and propose for hand in.

Firstly I spoke about the logo and explained the response and what decisions Marty and I had made about the design. The feedback was quite positive and everyone liked to logo much better than the previous one. Charlotte said that she liked the concept of the last logo but not the logo itself whereas this new one she liked both. Niall suggested to drop the word 'clothing' as just have it as otto which the rest of the group agreed made a balanced/symmetrical logo that could be used with ease across the branding.

The second part of my feedback was on the t-shirts. Marty and I had been designing a lot and selected 8 designs each that we personally like and we wanted more peoples opinions on the designs to see if they would buy them or if they appeal to them. As there were so many it was difficult to get direct reactions to individual designs. The group suggested to put some online and get feedback from a lot of people as to which designs they'd like to see printed.

Really happy with the feedback from this crit and it's been a massive help in pushing the branding further.
