We did a lot of brain storming and and pooled all our ideas and evaluated them as a group to make sure we had the strongest ideas to go forward with and actually carry out.
As we already have our content prepared we just had to come up with the method of delivery and ways of distributing the work. We looked at different media and possible ways of getting people to be involved and notice to work.
During the discussions i drew up these thumbnails of some of the stronger ideas we had so we had some visual referencing alongside the brain storms which are littered with words and ideas.
By the end of our group meeting we had decided on making a range of materials to place in a specific location over night so when people see it we wont be present and be the cause for peoples attention. We've decided to make buntings, posters, booklets and also 3D words.
These are the targets i set myself to complete for the next progress critique.
