The Artists I've been looking at use shapes and forms that remind me of architecture so i went out and photographed some buildings around leeds to look at what shapes and forms they create against the sky and other builds in the background and foreground.
From these I'm going to draw and trace over them to pick out different shapes and arrange them in different ways to make abstract forms and illustrations. Some will be outlines some will be blocks of solid colours and i may begin to add lines and pick out various bits to contrast the shapes and forms.
